These destinations are significantly more expensive to service with specialist couriers, so shipping is charged as follows:

International shipping is available for UNFRAMED prints only (rolled in a mailing tube or packed flat — depending on size).

Quick note: Framed works ship within Australia only. Unframed prints can ship worldwide.

Yes — I ship worldwide to most countries. If you’re unsure about your location (or have a tricky delivery address), please contact me before ordering.
Quick note: Framed works ship within Australia only. Unframed prints can ship worldwide.
Within Australia, I use Australia Post for smaller parcels, and Pack & Send / specialist art couriers for larger or framed works (the safest option for fine art). International unframed orders ship via postal services (Standard or Express where available).
Tracking is provided once your order ships. For higher-value orders, a signature may be required on delivery.
Opening tubes / flat packs: Please take care when opening your parcel (or ask your framer to do it). I can’t offer refunds for damage caused by incorrect handling when removing prints from a tube or packaging.
I don’t offer 'Express Shipping” as a standard option for artwork within Australia — rushed handling and fine art don’t mix well.
If you have a deadline, please email me or use the contact form before ordering and I’ll tell you what’s realistically possible (and safe).
You must contact us within 24 hours of placing an order with a cancellation. Any cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted.
For returns policy please see our Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase. Please note that NO REFUNDS will be given when you provide us with wrong dimensions for any of the goods purchased, for ANY custom FRAMED prints (unless damaged) and in relation to all sale items.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days. You will find more details here on our Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase in relation to returns. Please note, we DO NOT accept returns on FRAMED pieces or on SALE items.
If there are any issues with your order, please email us straight away and we will try to resolve any issues as we are committed to deliver excellent customer service.
If your print was damaged in transit, please contact us and we can provide a replacement. Please take a photo of the damage as soon as it possible and retain all original, damaged packaging materials.
If your order was lost in transit by one of our carriers, please contact us within 48 hours of non-delivery.

The photo is simply superb; it is as good as it appears on the website. We ordered the large 2m wide image and it sits brilliantly in our dining area.
Communication from Irina was top notch, she answered all our questions before we ordered, kept us informed as the image was printed, framed and then delivered. Then followed up to make sure we were happy with our purchase.
We will be keeping an eye out on her new images and hope to meet her in person at one of the art fairs she attends.

There was a slight delay for delivery, but it was completely outside the artist’s control, and she clearly explained the situation promptly. I wasn’t even worried about waiting a little longer.
The attention to detail in both the packaging and the piece itself is beyond impressive and incredibly thoughtful. The choice of flowers, the colours, arrangement, the detail in the photography, it’s clear how much care, skill, and passion goes into each piece.
